I would be a Cadbury's Caramel McFlurry (probably only to be got in Cadbury's countries)....for obvious reasons............mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...........McDonald's has a variety of international variations to this answer...quite interesting....the sexual divide on this one is also interesting..........the survey continues!
